The Raise Your Game Challenge is a competition to promote athletics fundraising for each Rider team. The Challenge runs annually from June 1 to May 31. Since 2010, in partnership with Rider's Office of University Advancement, the Department of Athletics has issued an annual challenge to former athletes to participate in a fundraising effort that directly benefits their sport. The goal is to increase participation from each team’s former athletes and to raise funds for their team booster accounts. Gifts of at least $35 from former athletes will count toward their team’s goal.
All of the money raised will go directly to the respective team's individual booster account. Each team will also earn additional funds if they reach their program goal. The prize money earned will be utilized to help each program's operating budget.
Gifts to each team help support the needs of our current student-athletes and coaches. The goal is to have the philanthropic participation of current athletes, athletic alumni, parents and friends set the standard for the entire university. In order to accomplish this, we need you to help us Raise Our Game!! Gifts help each program significantly and allow them to provide the best equipment, uniforms, travel accommodations and much more for our players.
